Terms of Service

Effective date: April 14, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of StrydeFlow, a software service operated by HOTAIL for educational institutions.

Who May Use StrydeFlow

StrydeFlow is offered for business and institutional use. Access is intended for educational institutions and their authorized administrators, staff members, and other approved users. You may use the service only if you are authorized to act for the institution or have been granted access by it.

Institution Responsibility

  • The institution is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authority for data submitted to StrydeFlow.
  • The institution is responsible for provisioning users, managing roles, and limiting access to authorized persons.
  • The institution is responsible for obtaining any notices, permissions, or consents needed for student and guardian data and communications.
  • The institution is responsible for messages sent using its own approved WhatsApp business assets.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use StrydeFlow for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems without authorization.
  • Interfere with service integrity, security, or availability.
  • Use the service to send spam, abusive, or non-compliant communications.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform beyond permitted use.

Third-Party Services

StrydeFlow relies on third-party services, including infrastructure, authentication, storage, and messaging providers. Use of those integrated services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Fees and Billing

At present, customer onboarding and billing may be handled manually by HOTAIL or its authorized administrators. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all subscription or service fees are due as invoiced.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the service, comply with law, address security issues, or respond to material violations of these Terms. Institutions may stop using the service in accordance with their commercial arrangement with HOTAIL.

Intellectual Property

HOTAIL and its licensors retain all rights in StrydeFlow, including software, designs, documentation, branding, and service content, except for institution data submitted by customers.

Disclaimers

StrydeFlow is provided on an as available basis. While we work to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every communication or integration will always succeed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HOTAIL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of StrydeFlow.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to applicable mandatory consumer or data protection rules where relevant.
